We are THIRDRE3L STUDIOS. Our mission is to celebrate with you in your love story. Our team has a deep passion for telling stories that captures one of the most important memories of your life. We are all passionate creatives; excited to work with you, your families and your friends. All of us are experienced in our craft and we are happy that you chose us to capture the moments that you will cherish.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are you based?
Our offices are based in Orlando, Florida. We do have other team members who are based throughout Florida, especially South Florida.
Travel/accommodations will be discussed during the meeting. There will be travel costs for weddings/events outside 60 miles of Orlando.
What is the booking process like?
Book a call with us and one of our awesome team members will reach out to you and talk about your needs for your wedding.
Just like finding the right person for the rest of your life, we understand how important it is to find the best photo and video team to capture your memories. We would match you with the team that fits your style and can tell your love story beautifully. We're not here just for your wedding, but we're here to be your lifelong friends. :)
Communication is so important to us. During the proposal and writing the contract, you'll get a good feel for who we are as a team. At any point that you feel we're not a good fit during the booking process, we're happy to recommend you to our other friendors!
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Of course we do! We travel wherever your love needs us. Travel & accommodation plans will be discussed on consultation.
What about travel & accommodations?
We love to travel for love. Travel and Housing costs are included only if the wedding location is within a range of 60 miles of Orlando. If the wedding location surpasses 60 miles, the client will cover all expenses while on-site during the event if applicable. These charges include but are not limited to gas, airfare, hotel accommodation, airport transfers, meals etc.
The mileage will be calculated by Google Maps from the office location to the central location (ceremony location/reception location), deducting an included 50 miles from the calculation. The gas mileage will charged $0.57/mile.
How many shooters do I get to have?
This all depends on the needs of your wedding. We have a suggested amount of experienced shooters that we specifically hand-pick for your wedding. Our most popular package has a creative team of four - 2 cinematographers and 2 photographers.
How long until I get my photos and videos?
Our goal turn-around times are as follows:
- Teaser photos within 3-5 days following your wedding
- Wedding film trailer within 3 weeks of your wedding
- Full online photo album and full wedding film within 6-9 weeks after your wedding
We will always work with you and include you in the editing and creative process. You'll get updates from your creative team or project manager during the editing process! Isn't that awesome?
Will there be drone footage/photos?
We always love to include drone footage! But it is always depending on the weather conditions and flight rules & regulations on the day of your wedding. It also depends on your venue!
What if we have other events beyond our wedding?
We're here for you 100%! We love to be involved throughout your wedding. Whether you have an engagement party, tea ceremony or bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, we are happy to celebrate with you and capture those moments.
For extended coverage or multiple-day weddings, we do have additional fees to reserve your day/s. Currently, we do not split hours or coverage. It's so important that our team is included in the planning of your wedding timeline. We are here to help you ensure that your wedding is well-documented and preserved.
